We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust on my own property. We're a family business, so when something isn't right, we own it and sort it out the same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that's exactly what we mean. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.
